Download and save nod32 and nod32fix on your desktop or somewhere you can find it later (create a new folder or put them in downloads or something)
then click the nod32 icon by the clock at the bottom right corner
when it comes up click QUIT at the bottom of the page, and say yes to the next message.
 
Go back to the file you just saved, 
double click nentenst file, this runs the nod32 installation, follow the installation, it will replace your old version, 
at the end when it says about reboot now, check "NO reboot later" 
now double click NOD32.FiX.v2.2-nsane.exe, fallow the next, next, next to the end and reboot.
after reboot NOD32 will ask you to check something on a message, click on enable.
 
give it time and it will update.
